StyleSnoop was founded in 2023 by a small team of stylists, fabric nerds, and frustrated shoppers who were tired of breathless brand reviews that all sounded the same. We launched with one simple promise: write the review we wish someone had written before we bought it.
Our Mission
To help Indian shoppers make smarter, more confident clothing decisions — by stress-testing fit, fabric, and finish on the brands you're already considering.
Our Values
- Honest first. If a kurta pills after one wash, we say so.
- Real wear, real time. We don't review a garment after one try-on. Most reviews track at least 4 weeks of daily wear.
- Independent. Brands don't pay for placement, ratings, or favorable angles.
- Inclusive. We test across body types, skin tones, and budgets — not just the brand's "ideal" model.
How We Rate
Every review scores four dimensions: Fit, Fabric, Finish, and Value. Our five-star verdict is the average, rounded honestly — never inflated.
The Team
StyleSnoop is run by three full-time editors and a rotating roster of guest reviewers — each with at least five years of styling or textile experience. We're based in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Delhi, which keeps our reviews regionally relevant.
