How StyleSnoop is funded, and how we keep advertising separate from our styling picks.

How we're funded

StyleSnoop is free to read. We cover the cost of running the site by displaying ads served through Google AdSense, using its Auto Ads feature. Google decides where ads appear on the page; we don't hand-place individual ad units. These ads are what keep our styling edits free and open to everyone.

We don't sell anything

StyleSnoop is a styling and outfit-inspiration publication. We do not sell clothing, take payments, hold inventory, or fulfil orders on this website. Any buttons or links you see on a page — labels like "Read", "View" or "Save" — are editorial navigation within the site. They never start a purchase or any commercial transaction with StyleSnoop.

No affiliate links

We don't use affiliate links and we don't earn commissions on anything you buy elsewhere. We aren't enrolled in any retailer affiliate program, and we make no money when you shop a look at another store. The only advertising on this site is the Google AdSense Auto Ads described above.

Advertising never influences our picks

The ads on a page are chosen and placed by Google's systems, not by us. Advertisers can't pay to be featured in our edits, can't influence which looks we spotlight or how we score them, and can't buy a higher Style Score. Our styling opinions are formed independently of the ads that happen to appear alongside them.

Our editorial approach

To be clear about what StyleSnoop is: we publish curated styling opinions — why a look works, colour and fabric notes, how to wear it, who it suits, and approximate price guidance. Our write-ups are AI-assisted and edited by a human before publishing. They reflect our editorial take on a look, not hands-on product testing, and they are never paid placements.

Compliance with Google policies

We follow the Google Publisher Policies and the AdSense Program Policies. That means we don't encourage accidental clicks, we don't place ads deceptively or in a way that imitates site content, and we don't ask anyone to click ads. If you ever see an ad on StyleSnoop that seems misplaced or misleading, please let us know.
